When we visited the pool was not functional - it was a construction site. The rooms are very generous in proportion and had everything you need. The room we stayed in had a laundry with sliding doors which instructed access to washing machine and dryer. It was impossible to fully open the washing machine lid and the same was true for the dryer. The daily services included changing towels, but vacuuming didn't appear to be on the list. There were no vacuums available in the apartment for use. Overall, it's great value for groups of people and there's enough air-conditioning and facilities to make your stay reasonably comfortable. The location is walkable to all the shops, park and public transport.

My check in on the eve of 6/12 was fast and efficient with a comfortable stay in a generous sized room. The checkout however on 7/12 at 7.45am was awful. The female behind the desk hardly acknowledged me, offered no greeting and left me standing in front of the desk with no indication that she had finished checking me out. Very rude and unprofessional service. Time to leave if you really dont like servicing the customers....

Accommodation is comfortable, I stayed in a two bed apartment. It was clean and comfortable, self contained and enough utensils to cook for yourself. Huge spa bath in the ensuite. Great location..

Was upgraded to a 2br room from my 1br booking, and there was so much space for our family. The location is amazing - close to Braddon and all the restaurants and cafes, as well as the city centre with the shopping areas and new restaurant district. Also on the main road on the way into Canberra, so works great as a base to get around. Parking is easy, checkin and out were quick and pleasant, and the beds were fantastic (firm, but not too much). Will definitely be staying here again when we visit.

Great apartment with king size beds and 2 bathrooms and fully equiped kitchen. Free wifi. Located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. 20 minute walk to Anzac Tce. Could not fault.
